Hey, we’re Team Dillon!

We’re a husband-and-wife team, parents to four daughters, chronic idea-havers, and apparently people who looked at our already-full lives and thought, “You know what we need? Multiple businesses.”

And thus, Team Dillon, LLC was born.

It’s the home base for the things we’re building together, including Team Dillon NWFL, our real estate business, and D6 Destinations, our travel business.

Basically, we can help you buy a house and then immediately help you plan a vacation to recover from buying the house.

It’s called diversification.

Behind all of that, we’re a family of six doing our best to build a life centered around faith, family, and the future—with a healthy amount of laughter, questionable ideas, Google searches, snacks, and “Okay, hear me out…” conversations mixed in.

We help people buy, sell, build, and relocate throughout Northwest Florida.

We’re newer to real estate, and we’re not going to pretend we were born holding MLS printouts. What we are is curious, hardworking, resourceful, and willing to ask questions, do the research, and figure things out.

We also have zero interest in becoming the stereotypical pushy salesperson.

Buying or selling a house is already stressful enough. Nobody needs someone following them around saying, “So… are we ready to make an offer?” every seven minutes.

Travel is the other side of Team Dillon.

We love going places, planning things, finding great experiences, and having another trip on the calendar to look forward to.

Through D6 Destinations, we help turn “We really need a vacation” into actual reservations.

Family trips. Cruises. Weekend escapes. Big adventures. Romantic getaways where you briefly pretend you don’t have children.

We’re here for all of it.

Because somewhere along the way, we realized the things we enjoy most have a common thread:

Helping people make life a little more fun, a little less overwhelming, and a lot more memorable.

Sometimes that means finding the right house.

Sometimes it means finding the right destination.

And sometimes it means us sitting at the kitchen table at 10:30 at night saying, “Okay, but what if we started another business?”
